With our community in mind, I had to laugh:</p><p>"<b>Q: </b>Does that influence strategy as far as beta-tests go, when you're looking to get feedback around the games? </p><p><b>John Smedley</b>: It does, because we now have a much better mechanism in place for <i><u>listening to customer feedback</u></i>. Wow... after 4 years of poor performance with Geforce video cards (the way it's meant to be played) I find that statement hard to believe.

<p>6 Months after the launch of ROK, our SK class is still gimped vs. the other plate tank classes...there has been no effort at balancing the classes at all...and no direct response from the Devs in these forums at all. </p><p>Yeah, the SK's are really having fun here.</p>
