Exile Mounts

I understand that there are supposed to be drawbacks to being exiled, but why make the mounts that are available to both good and evil alike only available to them. The mounts in TG are not available to exiles, ( Requires not being exiled ) but yet a good or evil toon can purchase. I would honestly like to see a those mounts available to exiled classes or atleast a mount that only an exile could purchase. Who says that creatures cast to exile could not purchase mounts to pillage and plunder good and evil cities.. This does not make since to me. Everything else has some reason to why as exiled you cannot do but not being able to buy a decent mount is plain silly.
