Setting up ACT

I just downloaded the ACT parser, and was wondering what the best way to set it up for a Swash is?  I know I read somewhere about setting it so it beeps when you are not auto attacking or some such thing, and was wondering if anyone could help me get it set up to maximize that.Thanks
