Launcher

<p>Hello!</p><p>I re-installed EQ2 through the Beta Launcher, but it did not give me a seperate EQ2 launcher for the game.  I know there is a file somewhere to put just that launcher in so I can use it in case there is a problem with the beta launcher.  But I cannot find it.</p><p>If there is any tech out there who has a link to the file, please let me know.  Or if I take my sister's EoF discs and put it in my pc, is there a way to just get the launcher?  THanks.</p>

1) Awesome Sig!2) You can make a shortcut from the EQ2.exe file in your /sony/everquest2 directory.    Right click on the icon and select "create shortcut".   This will create a shortcut to EQ2 in the same folder, just drag and drop that on your desktop!3) Kill rats :p

<p>Thanks for the sig comment! =D  See?  I have been playing games before I was conceived! </p><p>As for the shortcut, that doesn't work.</p><p>The one that came with the Beta Launcher brings me into the game and THEN asks for my Name and password.  Let me show you.</p><p><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v366/CherryTerri/untitled1.jpg" border="0" alt="" width="640" height="400" /></p><p>And I can't get in.  I don't get a regular patcher when downloading my game through the Beta Launcher.</p>

There should be another EQ2 EXE, I think its EQ2game.exe, try that one <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

What you are looking at is Everquest2.exe running.  EQ2.exe is what you are looking for.
