Concealment Chain

I have heard this being said in many posts all throughout the assassin boards and have no idea what this is. I am still a low level, 35ish assassin, so maybe I have not progressed enough to use this, what seems to be long chain of attacks yet. My question is basically, what does this mean, concealment chain.

It's an buff that puts you in stealth after every combat art. So basically you can do all of your stealthed attacks after another.

dont get it till 55 and its something that has to be crafted from a scroll thingy...THe actual name escapes me atm....

As stated, it is a level 55 skill that came out with the Desert of Flames expansion.  It is a ten second long temp buff that places you in stealth after every successful attack you make allowing you to chain together your stealth attacks for a sustained burst of damage.  Additionally higher levels of the skill come with a greater agro reduction for the time during which the buff is active so you do not pull agro despite using a lot of large attacks in a short time.  Furthermore a concealment chain is generally paired with Fatal Followup, a level 80 skill which is modified for all stealth damage done in the past 10 seconds.

One last note to the fatal follow up note, Since there are some who might not understand what you ment by its modified for each stealth attack you do. Concealment is a buff that lasts 7 seconds, that after everry CA puts you under the effect of shroud (stealth), and during the duration of the buff any attack you do pulls less threat. Like Comaagereon stated, normaly followed up by Fatal Follow up which is a CA that does good damage, and the damage is upped  for every Stealthed CA you have done in the previous 10 seconds.
