 As many of you have read in <a rel="nofollow" href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=416127" target="_blank">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=416127</a> there are some people outside of the US that are having issues connecting. If you are outside of the USA please open a support ticket <a href="https://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?p_sid=w-e7r33j&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">HERE</a> . Please include the following1. Station/Login Name:2. Server you currently play on:3. Problem(s) you are having including any error messages.  What is the exact error message? Please be as specific as possible.4. When did these problems begin?5. Have you made any recent changes to your computer and/or its connection to the Internet? Please be as specific as possible? 6. How are you connecting to the Internet?  Do you do any connection sharing or use a home network?  Router/hub/switch?  What kind?  Have your tried bypassing them just for troubleshooting?  What was the result?  Where are you connecting from(home/school/office)? 7. What Operation System are your running?  98, XP, 2000 Professional? 8. What have you tried to remedy the problem?We will need some additional information, which requires that you be at the computer that is experiencing the reported issue.  This also requires that you disconnect any router hardware which may be in-between the affected computer and the internet connection (modem).** Please do not continue until you are certain that there is no router attached to your computer or your internet connection **Next, please open up the Start menu, choose the Run command, type "command" in the space provided, then hit Enter. If you're using Win2k type "cmd" instead of command. For Vista, "type command" at the search bar on the bottom of the Start Menu. The MS-DOS Prompt window should appear with the prompt, "C:windowsdesktop". For Win98/ME or Win2K/XP/Vista, type the following three DOS commands, one at a time, hitting Enter between each command, and waiting for the prompt to reappear:ipconfig /all > c:eq2info.txt tracert unrest.everquest2.com >> c:eq2info.txtpathping unrest.everquest2.com >> c:eq2info.txtThis will create a text file in your C: drive to include as an attachment in your support ticket. ************************************************** ******************************  If you are in the US and having connection issues, you are not part of this current issue, and have a seperate issue that will need to be addressed in your own thread.  Please send post a tracert and path ping test in your thread.  Open up the Start menu, choose the Run command, type "command" in the space provided, then hit Enter.
