Not enableing ROK expansion

I played EQ2 for about 6 months when it first came out and quit intell last week. I bought the ROK expansion from the store and installed it. I have gone into my account and inserted the activation coad. The patch window says ROK but nothing is unlocked for the expansion. I tryed reactvating it in my account but it says this expansion is already acctviated for this account. I bought the feydor expansion with the station download not knowing it should have been included with the ROK expansion. The feydor activated fine but the ROK still won't.

I have no idea where eather of those zones are. I have been making new toons so I have only been in the nubie zones.

No and I can not use one of the extra skill trees because "you do not have the proper expansion for this."

Just to chime in to close this subject. When I picked up the card with the activation code on it I fliped it over and saw it was for the 14 day friend activation. After a short search I found the correct code and now have no problems.
