*Will not take effect* error

<p>It seems as tho I get this message 90% of the time in raids. We have one other assassin and it only happens right as I hit masked attack in a conceal chain. Ive checked ACT and everything lands so I can't for the life of me tell what its refering to. Any ideas?</p>

Could you be completing a Heroic Opportunity?

Concealment and Masked Attack both cast Shroud.  The differing levels of the spells is what gives the error.  I see it too on my assassin.  It does look confusing so I'll look into a fix for it.

While you're working on Masked Attack & Concealment, can you look into the issue with Masked Attack's stealth, and concealment stealth procs, not getting the damage boost from Obfuscation (WIS line)? =) The initial casting of Concealment gives the bonus on next stealth attack, but the stealth procs do not, and Masked doesn't give it at all.
