What is effected for Brigands?

Same thing as everyone else. Diminishing returns mechanics are for stats, bonuses suchs as DPS/Haste, and mitigation. It doesn't change at all between classes.

One thing most people don't know is, while crit isn't in diminishing return, but is affected by the mob's lvl...for a lvl 85 mob...to get 100% crit you'll need something around 120% to show on your UI...
