Tashiana Longer Recast

<p>Tashiana has a longer recast on test.  2min vs. 1min.  The duration is only 13 secs.  This recast duration seems excessive.</p><p> Vixn</p>

Its fine the way it is. I wouldnt complain if it was longer but its situation is to throw up a debuff on a mob, while the rest of the raid/group can land their debuffs easier. Only need to do that once on pull, so 2 minutes while it seems an excessive cooldown is actually fine the way it is.
