Character Transfer!!

<p>Hi there, </p><p>I attemted to move one of my characters from Venekor to Nagafen, i tried 3 times! I received emails saying that the transfer had failed, in fact i will paste what it said:</p><p>"Your order has been completed, but we encountered an error during the process.Please review the information below in order to determine the nature of the issue.Game: EverQuest IICharacter: EasymodeServer Name: VenekorFAILED TO RENAME CHARACTER: HealzzFAILED TO MOVE TO SERVER: Nagafen(With Items)REASON: Generic Fail, no explanation provided"</p><p>they went on to say i hadnt been charged but i have!!!!</p><p>any ideas why i was still charged for the 3 times i tried and FAILED to transfer???? </p>

Without any account information I can guarantee that the charges failed and are pending by the bank. The funds will be release into your account by the bank depending on their policy.  If you would like the money release quickly, you would need to call your bank/credit card company and have them use the routing number on the transaction to contact our bank who will then trade merchant numbers and verify that we will not reclaim on those pending charges. Now on the error you got.  Did you make sure that your gear was fully repaired, nothing on the vendor, no boxes in shared bank slots and no mail in mailbox? These are the biggest issues that can cause a failed transfer.

Those are the only things that would prevent you yes.  You should be good to go for the transfer now.
