Ok friend is having issues...Tell me if im correct

he is running a new dell with core 2 duo e4500 and 2 gigs of ram.....sounds good for this game, but he has the intel graphics accelerator 3100. Ive told him to get an actual video card, but for the time being till he can get one is there something he can do to inc FPS from 5. he has the latest drivers.

he is running no shadows no flora----basically the lowest settings he can get to and it doesnt inc performance.....he can go to balanced and it doesnt decrease that is why im leaning towards he is basically bottlenecking on resources

He will most definitely need a video card in there.  I would at the <i>very least</i>, go with an ATI x1300 or a Nvidia 7600.  I am quite surprised he can get to character select though with that on-board card.
