Someone mentioned in another forum that good/evil will be able to access same shared bank. How will this be implemented? Will we have 8 shared slots, 4 from good and 4 from evil? That would be nice. Any other changes to the bank?

I'm sorry if this has been addressed recently. I did a search and got too many pages of notes going back to 2004 to sort through to find current ones. No way to re-sequence the results now that I know of.

There's 8 shared bank slots so if you have 4 boxes in good and 4 boxes in evil now, all 8 will all be available to any char on that account come patch day.You also get 4 more regular bank slots per character =)

Sweet! Finally we have Shared Coin slots! I know im not the only one that has been waiting a long time for this. And both alignments also use the same bank, thats sweet too! Was getting to be a hassle mailing everything to my opposite alignment toons.

I'm thinking this change alone will finally provide the justification I need to convince myself to get a widescreen monitor. That's a lot of boxes to have open.

But don't forget you have the ability to 'shrink' the size of the boxes, the actual icons in the boxes, to fit on the screen better.

Ethyl Thayer

66 Ogre Necromancer

Test Server

I hope a dev can reassure me but I get a shiver down my spine at the thought that something is going to go wrong on update day. If you have four boxes in shared slots on the good alignment and 4 boxes on the evil, can we be absolutely sure that one set won't write over the other thus losing boxes of rares etc. Otherwise we'd all be advised to empty one set as insurance.

This has probably been thought of and the coders will write the good boxes to the upper row and the evil boxes (not sure boxes can be evil ) to the lower?

Everyone knows Evil comes first!

Seriously, I am sure they are going to do something like this. Just map the good to one spot and the evil to another to avoid problems. Still, if you have the room, I would recommend emptying your boxes, it never hurts to be too paranoid (as if there is such a thing).
