FD and failing

<p>When my FD fails, is there no other way to cancle laying on the floor still getting pummeled other than right clicking on the buff icon?</p><p>When i played in EQ1 as a monk, i could just jump up to cancel the failed one.</p>

The default button to stand up is X.

I've had the stand up fail key fail me a couple of times.  I just stand up but still inmobalized and have the buff icon up in the courner.  Has anyone else had that problem?

<p>I made a macro for the /stand command.  If I click it and I don't immediately stand up, I find that I will if I move forward a bit after clicking it.  That works every time instantly.  No nice animation, but with who knows what pounding on me I'd just as soon get up fast.</p><p>What I want to know is, how can I fail multiple times in a row when each time has a 92% chance of working?  If you work it out, three times in a row should occur about once in 2000 tries.  I doubt I've used FD 2000 times since I created this character.</p>

Yeah ..  just pressing "w" after "x" normally helps to stand up immediately <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />
