After playing WoW for 3 Years with 3 max levels and 2 Mid, Im done... for now at least... Anyhow I played EQ2 briefly through trial I liked it alot but still unsure of what class to choose, I tryed Shadowknight, Beserker and Fury... if I remember correctly... My Main's in WoW were a healer and Tank so Now I want a Dps class, And perferably want to choose between Shadowknight and Beserker, since I like the high armor idea. Im just not sure how either would do in End game content and how they are required and wanted. Also, What is better Evil or Good side? Or is there a preference depending on this server? I just dont want to make a char just to find out half way I made the wrong choice at the start so Any Pointers would be great. I'd Prefer to Roll shadowknight but ive heard rumors they arent very sought upon in Endgame.

Ive had an SK pretty much since release and reguardless of the many shortcommings the class has compared to other fighter classes, its still my favorite class to play. Having said that if your looking for end game raiding, i would suggest not going with a SK. Most guilds either have one that never gets used or simply dont want one. SKs dont really bring alot to the table compared to other classes so we get left out alot. For solo play the SK is one the best on the other hand. It just depends on what you want to be doing with the end game. If you really want a true dps class i would suggest maybe an assassin or a swashy if you want to stick with the melee classes.

DPS class, high armor and needed in raids ? I would suggest a Brigand

Swashbuckler or brigand definitely sound like they may be more what you're looking for. My brigand is only lvl 28 so I can't comment much on that class, but my swashbuckler is 72, and I raided alot on him in KoS and EoF. They (swashbucklers) are definitely an in-demand class. As others have said, swashies can also tank very well. I run around on my swashy, and see SK's and pallies with over 1khp less than him, about the same mitigation, and half the avoidance. Not to mention the sexah plumage on the hat.

Guess Ill have to try something like that more of a Scout class that is. Which one out of the 3 would be best, I want a class I wouldnt regret once I hit higher levels, but at the same time not insanely hard to solo with. Like Sorry but I'd have to compare face to face with WoW, Scratch SK unless they get a big buff.. Swash would be like a Rogue, Just curious how does Zerker do Endgame as for Dps wise? That would be more my play style I like that upfront Charge style, I guess Like a Fury Warrior for WoW or a Zerker? Not really sure I would enjoy Rogue type class just the same though.

I would say SK is better in T7 but sadly gets worse in T8 due to the lack of multiple mob encounters, and that our spells don't get the same boost there that autoattack gets.

For the rouge classes .. swash has a lot of styles that don't require to be behind the mob. If you take "walk the plank" as Achievement skill you don't have to jump over the mob all the time when soloing. Brigands need that more often, on the other hand they have much more stuns, however if you don't like to be on the move all time you better take Swash
