<p>I need some help on which RoK legendary set to go after.  I have looked on EQ2i, but none of the sets seem appropriate for a shadowknight.  I am hoping someone knows of a set not listed, or can let me know if I am incorrect in my evaluation of the sets.</p><p>The ones listed are Ravaged Onslaught and Sanctification</p><p>The Ravaged Onslaught seems to be primarily concerned with the "standard" tanking skills, STR, STA, and AGI.  It adds a good bit of combat art damage, and the 3 piece set bonus adds even more combat art damage.  The final set bonus adds some crushing damage and reduces damage (I am hoping that is damage done to the wearer though the wording is odd)</p><p>The Sanctification set appears to be focused very much on Paladins.  Most of the pieces add STR, STA, and WIS.  With WIS being mostly useless to us and the lack of INT I am concerned this would actually be worse than what I am wearing.  The 3 piece bonus is spell and heal damage increase by 75 (obviously useful), and the final set bonus is a damage proc with a heal over time effect on it.</p><p>Neither of these suits seem like they would be very good for a ShadowKnight, am I just missing something?  The fabled sets are out of reach for right now, so I have to choose from the legendary sets available in group instances.  Is there a set that EQ2i does not have listed?  If these are really all we get for choices, am I right in assuming I should go after the Ravaged Onslaught and take the hit to DPS in order for more surviveability?</p><p>Any help would be appreciated!</p>

Personally, and this is my experience, I dont find the entirety of either set all that useful. I have a full suit of sanct that I pretty much use as appearance gear, and almost a full set of ravaged (need chest for a full appearance).Helm, I use the Shined Sel'Nok Helm (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=86671) from the JW quests, but looking into getting myself the Sallet of the Reet Knight (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=92766), which is a collection reward. Both are useful helms. For Chest, the Sand Etched Platemail (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=90029) is pretty nice. Ive seen it drop a small handful of times from the sandstorm in MC.Arms, I lucked out and finally got my Mantle of the Jarsath Tribe (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=93115) from Drusilla in MC. Before that, Crypt Spaulders (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=80059) got the job done, and came from the final mob in CoA and are far easier to get.Wrists, I still use Swamp Glow Vambraces (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=76378) from the KJ quests.Hands, the Gauntlets of Sanctification (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=87918) are fairly effective and havent seen anything else thats wildly more effective. Yet.Legs, The Legplates of Ravaged Onslaught (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=84836) are pretty nice. Im working on getting Impaler Plate Leggings (http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/583487845) which are far nicer and drop from the Impaler in MC.Boots, The Boots of the Wastes Hunter (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=87484) are really nice from the clan stormshield faction in JW.Hope this helps.(edit, stupid links turning into smileys)
