I've submitted this 3 times to customer service and all 3 times the GM's were unable to fix it. I'm really hoping a dev might be perusing the boards and find this.Ok here's the dilemma. I started off as an Assassin in FP or Neriak (can't remember). Then I betrayed to Qeynos. Then I moved to Kelethin. Well, when I go up to Duryo Valstath in South Qeynos to start the Qeynos citizenship quest, he gives it to me no problem. The quest updates when I pick up the trash off the Antonica highway without problems. The quest then says "Return to Duryo Valstath". When I get there, he has no feather OR book above his head. When hailed, he talks to me like I've never picked up the quest to begin with. my current pertinent factionsCity of Qeynos +5000 IndifferentCity of Kelethin +50,000 AllyCity of Freeport -50,000 ScowlsCity of Neriak -50,000 ScowlsCity of Gorowyn +15,000 ApprehensiveWhy can I not become a citizen of Qeynos again??Do other Kelethin citizens have 5k faction with Qeynos as I do? The reason I ask this is because when I initially betrayed to Qeynos I had to have my faction 10k before Duryo would talk to me. If this is the case, how in the world can I get my Qeynos faction back up to 10k?Thank you

Get the quests from him until you are 10k +

Sometimes if a char has betrayed and shifted around too many times it'll cause a hiccup. I had that on my main when I first did the new betrayal system to change his class. I had betrayed from FP to Q under the old system (500 gnolls etc), changed his class at the end. When I betrayed under the new system to change his class back, couldn't complete it because he still had the flag of having betrayed once already. If it doesn't work, when you petition, explain the GMs can't find what it is and you want the petition escalated up to the lead GM.

Thanks for the suggestions folks!Actually, yeah I've deleted it multiple times. No lie, I've actually done this quest about 10 times trying to change little things that I'm doing. The 2nd time I petitioned it I thought the GM fixed it for me, but he only deleted it. =PI'm gonna petition it again and, like you said, request that it's given straight to the lead GM.Thanks!

What you're saying sounds exactly like what happened with my main as I posted above.Give all the info you have, petition numbers, who worked on it and when, and that you suspect a flag code somewhere is causing the problem.Good luck!

Yay! I petitioned the problem and a GM was able to fix it for me. Finally!!He told me that it was an old issue that some of the newer GMs aren't aware of. He also informed that what he had to do was delete my betrayal quests. Evidently something in that quest history was causing the problem. I returned to Duryo and woot! I'm fixed! Thanks again!
