Devitalizing Gaze

I'm new to playing an Illusionist and have just got to level 31, thought i would craft some spells in advance and according to eq2players spells list and allakhazam there is a level 34 spell called Devitalizing Gaze. However, in game it seems to be a level 62 spell is this right?

I think there are two.  One is Devitalizing Gaze, the other, Devitalizing Gazes.Been quite a while so I wouldnt swear to that.
