<span style="font-family: verdana;color: #d2c5a9;" class="Apple-style-span">Has anyone else had any issues with Ice Spears resisting an abnormal amount lately? Espcially in SOH. I have adept III version of it, running 1235 INT (not sure what raid disruption is, solo it is 427) and sometimes it does fine but then there are times where I have to cast it like 5-10 times then it will finally stick. When it is at the start of my spell rotation because of the debuff it is annoying to have it resist over and over and I finally have to give up and just skip it. I've tried waiting longer so more raid debuffs land but it doesn't seem to make a difference? I don't have this problem with any of my other spells which I cast just as much. Seems like something with this spell is bugged somehow. I've talked to people with the Master 1 version of it and they say they are having the same problem.</span>
