Teleports

At level 25 I got the translocate for the fay areas from the teleport trainer.  How do I get the other ones for Antonica etc.?Also do I need a regeant to use them?One other question, what wizard spells are considered debuffs?

you get the scrolls on the ground at the CL, ANT, Gfey and TG spires.  they are rather large, you cant miss them.  Turn them into your portal trainer in your home city.As for debuffs, the Ice spears line is the only thing we got, small amount of initial damage and dot component, large elemental debuff.   We are very reliant on other classes to debuff for us, amongst other things.edit:  the regents are sold by any NPC alchemist, same place conjies get their pearls for Coth.   I use the one in LS alley just cuz i always have.  believe the portal trainer sells em too
