Charm is level restricted???

Hi all,I just started a new Coercer recently, and hit level 16 yesterday.  He's an absolute joy to play, and I was able to find the level 20 'Coerce' Master I spell for a rather hefty amount, and I'm looking forward to using it.  I know everywhere I've read that Coercers desperately need one spell above all at Master I, and that's our Charm (for soloing, at least).  Everywhere I read, it noted get the Master I at ANY level, and it'll serve you until 80.Well, I popped on today to finish a quest, and tried to charm a level 17.  It told me the target was too powerful.  Upon examining the spell description, it noted it only effects targets level 16 or lower!!!  When did this change!?I'll be quite an unhappy Coercer if the spell I just spend a large amount now is only going to serve me for a handful of levels...Thanks,Update: So I was able to find out from Worldwide Coercer chat, that the first 2 charms have always been level restricted... Are you sure you are using the right one?  The first version of charm you get is Befriend and that is restricted to levels 16 and under, the level 20 one should be higher level restriction.

As noted in my update, the Befriend and Charm spells are the only two that are restricted, and apparently have always been like that.  That was my mistake for not doing a little more research first - sorry to scare everyone :pI already checked the description for Coerce, and it doesn't state anything about a level restriction <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
