station launchpad problem

for some reason since last wed i cant seem to connect to eq2... i get this message...  net work error, the station launchpad is unable to connect the to network at this time. please try again in a few mins.this has been happening for 2 days now.something else i just found out this morning is that i cannot connect to the internet with windows explorer but can connect fine with firefox.im thinking these 2 things are connected but have no clue how.i never use ie7 only firefox.any help would be good.

If you are using Vista, right click on the icon, choose properties, and then click the advanced button....choose "Run as Administrator"This solved a launcher issue when I was using Vista, as far as the firefox, issue, no clue.
