<p>Hi everyone,</p><p>Im just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with billing this week. </p><p>I have 2 accounts which I have had more or less since beta. My main one came to the end of its station pass sub, and as I was deciding whether to go back to just the normal sub, I had cancelled it with a view to making a decision at the time it was due.</p><p>This was yesterday and I decided just to resub to station access again and get access to all the games. However, there was an error and it wouldnt accept my payment on <b>any</b> of my 3 cards, despite there being sufficient funds. </p><p>I decided to try updating payment methods on my second account and it worked no problem at all with my preferred card, so I thought ok, must be a tech problem in the website, but no its still wouldnt process payment on my main account (which is closed now because I cant resub).</p><p>I have submitted a ticket regarding this and I got a response explaining to me <b>HOW </b>to resubscribe. This information I know, as I have been with tha game quite a long time. They asked me to respond, but I cant do this because the question does not appear on my email support page....</p><p>So I submitted a ticket about that too......</p><p>Is anyone else having any trouble like this?</p><p>I moved a char from server to server a couple of weeks ago and had similar problems on that same account, and after about 4 days of trying and failing to transfer, the GM's finally did it via a ticket for me but there still is obviously some problem with my account page. </p>

Their hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacifc, adjust for your time zone. Billing issues are not normally handled on the forums
