<p>I installed Vista on my kids computer and set up the parental controls. Everything worked fine until they tried to run EQ2. The "Administrator is required to run Launchpad" error popped up. I tried everything I could think of to fix it.</p><p>I set it to run as administrator from the admin account.</p><p>I set the sony folder to give all users full access.</p><p>I tried UAC on and off.</p><p>None of these made any change. The only account that would run EQ2 was the admin account and I had to have UAC turned off in order to do that.</p><p>The only sollution I found was to turn OFF parental controls, then it worked just fine. This is hardly a "fix" to the problem. The main reason I put Vista on there was for the parental controls. And why is it EQ2 was the ONLY program to have issues with it?</p><p>Anything I didn't try that I could try?</p><p>Thanks.</p>
