Betrayal and quest count

Do the betrayal quests, both sabatage and bounty quests, stay in your journal after completion and add to your overall quest count?

<p>The developers stated that due to the mechanics of being allowed to do the betrayal quest over and over again, the quests are deleted from your Completed Quest count and journal once you finish the line.</p>

They can be done over and over again...And the problem being? Why can't they make those quest repeatable? I thought they were...
