Face Skewed

Hello,Hopefully someone here might be able to help me. Ever since the last patch my characters face is skewed - one eye is slanted and the other is round and large. This is very annoying and while it doesn't affect my game play it does make me not want to play the game anymore. (Barber fixes nothing)I sent an in-game petition and someone got back to me with some pretty useless advice so that is why I am posting here in hopes I can find a solution. I love the game and hope I won't have to cancel  my subscription over this - yes it is that important to me how my character looks.Can anyone help me with this?

Are you playing a fae/arasai? If so, this is an acknowledged issue (can find info <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=414232" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>) that should be fixed next update.Hope that helps!
