Getting into EQ2 cant get to login

Hi all I could do with some help here, I got kicked when changing zones today and from then on was unable to get back into the game, tryed reinstalling the game and reformating the pc, but i'm unable to get past the "preparing files" box that apears when you try to start the game. I'm runing vista (yea I know) have a 2.4 core 2 quad 4 gig ram nvidia 8600 GT and I am on 10mbs Vigin cable, please help as real life is driving me nuts many thanks GiscEdit: firewall is turned off incase that was the problem

<p>strange im having the same problem now was working fine on the 17th but no i cant get past the connecting/loading/preparing files part</p><p>i too have vista and a 10meg virgin line</p><p>what did u do to fix it i have tried everything i can think of</p><p>any help would be apprecated</p>

it turned out to be my wireless router (i was using the ethernet port on it no the wireless) i had a spare router and tryed it and it works for me now hope this helps you Gisc
