<p>I am having a hard time believing that it would take the development team almost a year to fix my problem. For the record my current reference # is 080319-001069.</p><p>All I want to do is to be able to update my guild website... I havent been able to update it since August 1, 2007. Every time I make a request I get back an email saying problem solved when in actuality it is not solved... The latest update says that they are going to mark the problem solved, even though it isnt and basically just wait until they notify me that it is repaired... After talking to the telephone support people they tell me that this issue is being worked on diligently, and that there are many guilds out there with the same problem. Is almost a year diligently? Can someone please help me?</p>
