detrimental effects icon bug since GU44

I run the classic UI on each of my machines.   Since GU44 my group detrimental effects window has been bugged, showing a black cloudy icon under each player.  Ive tried deleting all the files in the UI/Default folder and repatching, but no luck.

Geese, no one?I didnt think this would be that difficult.  Ive talked to at least 10 others with the same problem, someone must have an answer.  It makes playing a healer near impossible since you have no idea when people need cured.

This is more of a Look and Feel issue not a tech issue.  Are you absolutely certain you have the original game UI with ZERO UI mods?  If you have any UI mods at all they have to be GU44 compatible or could cause an issue like this.  I know because ProfitUI had same issue before it was updated.

I use the SOE UI.  I do have the EQ2 Maps plug in, but that is updated, and removing it didnt help.I deleted just about everything in the UI folder and repatched, still no luck.  I have 5 machines, all 5 use the SOE UI, all 5 have the same problem.  3 are Vista, 2 are XP.  It makes our healers near useless (and have been since GU44)I had 1 player tell me he deleted the whole game and repatched, but Im not about to do that for 5 machines.
