<p>I purchased a new computer and am trying to install EQII. The CD's load - I've tried both the EOF and the RoK CD's and the problem is the same with both versions. Once the CD's load, I try to log into the game and receive the following error message and need to know what to do to fix it. 'Ip_plugin.exe has stopped working'. Windows goes on to say the a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. The problem occurs after I agree to the user agreement, and the system is starting to analyze my files and download update available since the CD's came out. I get the error message and after the program analyzes my files, the program stops working and cancels the download. I'm not able to launch the game because I can't get past the launch screen. The program never gives me an option to 'play'. </p><p> How do I fix the problem so I can play EQII on my new computer!</p>
