Ok, so this comic is only marginally related to EQII - I think I mention a raid this evening in the commentary. Oh, and there are Specters in EQII!

But I want to share my pain with all of you and let you know that you are not the only ones who didn't do your taxes on time.

Taxing Times

Time to go stick my head in the sand some more now.

;-)#

heh.. quite apro pos, Brasse! I filed in February and don't raid very often so it doesn't apply to me. But, that doesn't make it any less entertaining since I often thrive on the agony and humiliation of others. XD

I just sent this to Radar.

He and I have the same discussion that you and Wren have every year. In fact it was a massive case of deja vu.

This year he actually filed on time... I'm so proud * sniffles and wipes away a tear *

You can take the full or a portion of the cost of Tax Preparation OFF (deduct as an expense) depending on your situation. (it's just another business expense though on certain forms it's actually a seperate entry). If you do go to a professional, they will usually point that out as your "benefit" of using them. This, of course, doesn't apply to Wren's Mother-in-law, unless she happens to be a Tax professional and is actually charging Wren to do her taxes.

*laughs* I'm with Spiderbite. I do my taxes, pretty much the day after I get the last form needed, and just sit back and listen to all the "cries of terror" from the masses.

I did mine back in January, didn't like the way they looked so I ignored them until this last weekend. Worked out well for me because I managed to scrounge up a couple more deductions.
