Reuse time

<p>I have three items that decrease my reuse time and I like to play around with them on certain mobs.  I have had a hard time seeing if they stack or not.  </p><p>Anyone know if reuse haste on Ring of the Four winds, cloak of unrest, and Mace of the Imprsoned stack?</p>

I really reuse time= recast time?..could any1 with Wiss shaman line confirm this?
