Weapon Choice - new assassin

I am sure this has already been discussed but I couldnt find anything so I am posting here - level 16 assassin just starting the game - do I need to keep using daggers or should I just go for the highest dmg / stats 1 hand weapons?Thanks

<p>Yep, just choose whatever you want, really.</p><p>It's common practice for the Scout types who dual wield to wield both a slasher and a piercer, to keep their skills up in both, but other than, whatever suits you, pretty much.</p><p>I could get more detailed (i.e. damage ratings, stats, etc.), but that's really not a huge concern until you get slightly higher level.</p>
