Do adornments with the same effects stack?

Do adornments with the same effects stack?For example, would putting a vampiric handle on both of your swords cause you to proc lifetaps more often, or would you still only proc twice a minute?It seems like it would be better to mix adornment effects if they don't allow you to proc more often than twice a minute.
