Forgive me for posting this, but on rerolls, does this effect all past opened packages, or just recently opened Inquisitor packages?

I'd like to know why Queen Cristanos is so, well... white. God forbid a dark elf be DARK, you know?

Possibly, also the older you get the more washed out your skin is <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </span>
