Hate buff sugestion

<p>Ok SOE said this buff will never get a upgrade because the hate gain hate feed cap is 50%. Thast fine but i have been farming DOF for awhile now to get a upgrade with no luck.  There hasnt been one on the brooker on my server for about 4 months now. </p><p>SO what will happen when we get a another expansion?  Still having to use a greyed out spell doesnt sound fun to me.</p><p> Is there anyway SOE can modify this spell to allow it to upgrade without messing up the hate cap.</p><p>some sugestions keep the hate feed/transfer % teh same as the grey spell but add soemthing like on of these.</p><p>1.) T8 upgrade on succeful melee attack tank has a  % chance to proc mental dmg.</p><p>2.) T8 upgrade on succeful melee attack tank has a % chance to take a % of coercer's current hate and transfer that into a taunt.</p><p>3.) T8 upgrade tank's taunts and reactive taunts and gear hate increases a % more effective</p><p>This would allow a t8 upgrade to drop instead of us having to farm grey zones until the game cap hits lvl 100 and eq3 comes out. Heck we can even revamp some useless aa and buff this spell more.</p>

To me the simplest solution would be to add a hate related buff to it, i.e. a buff for the aggression skill.
