My toons are all different now (appearance)

<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">I had to uninstall the game and reinstall on a another disk drive. Now I log in and all the character traits have changed. I thought this stuff was stored online? My inventory looks fine. I went in the alter the appearance and the options are not even the same as before so I cannot recreate the way they looked. How can I fix this? Thanks.</span>

I did not have the alternate models turned on. Turning that on fixed it all. Well, it fixed this problem, anyway. On to the next issue...</p>
