This question may sound silly, but to me it's rather difficult - in a group - even more in a raid - to find the backside of the mob.Being a brigand, I just about live to backstab, so this is not uninmportant.I am an arasai, so anything higher than a gnome's shoulder blocks my sight. What do other (tiny) brigands do to position themselves as quickly as possible behind the back of a mob, please? Thanks on beforehand for any useful information.

There are a few ways that I use .. others will have more probably.1.  Jump ... run straight at the mob and jump over.  180 and you are at his backside.2.  I can't remember the name atm but there is an aa ability that 180's the mob (walk the plank maybe?) ... I usually hit that then stun, whack away, and stun again if possible.  Most solo mobs I can kill before they turn around again lol.3.  Have a knowledgable tank with you that knows how to properly turn a mobI'm a fairly tall iksar and in raids I still have problems at times getting behind the mob especially if they are grouped mobs ... then I seem to bounce around making other peeps laugh at me lol.  Usually I am in melee mode and will hit a "behind" ca ... if it doesn't work I'll strafe a little bit and try again while autoattacking the whole time.  I always thought it would be cool if there was a key you could hit that makes all your group/raid members disappear from your screen ... but that is extreme wishful thinking lol.

If you are small and are having trouble in groups and raids I can suggest using your Ogre Disguise Fluff spell (can't remember level) to get a bit of height. Of course you will then be massive and probably annoy all the other scouts lol!

I had the same problem and I'm a fairly tall Kerra with my Brig. I generally just keep an eye on the MT and look where he's targetting. Takes a bit of getting used to and you run around a lot, but you can usually attack the back. If you can't run around to the back, then Walk the Plank and root is the only only real choice.

Thanks for the answersHowever Walk the plank is only an option for non-epics.

The best suggestion I can give is to go into your settings and adjust your targeting colors.  There is an option to highlight the implied target (makes it blue) yes its not pretty but there is no way to miss the bright glowing blue mob in the middle of the raid.  You also adjust the direct targets arrow to solid white and turn off the implied targets arrow.  That way if you want to be behind the mob target your tank and make a line from the white arrow to the blue mob to you and you'll be behind him.  It's not perfect, tanks loose aggro but they get it right back normally.
