<p>Has anyone had any success with Divide and Concur or drag on the named in SOH?  Mine seems get resisted or it lands but it does not force the named to target me...</p>

You do know there is more then 1 named in SoH?

Some (but not all) of the mobs in SoH seem immune to forced targeting abilities (drag, peel, D&C, Magnetic Note, Thought Snap etc), and this is likely why you're experiencing problems.
