Token of Loyality Problem

<p>I don't know if its proper for me to post this in the LON or Eq2 forums. So  will post it in both and hope for a answer. I claimed 2 tokens of loyality for my wife and I. We started to do Heritage Quests, turning in status items ect. We have noticed it does not give us 10% extra in Guild Status to our guild. Is this item even working? Do we have a broken item?</p><p> Thanks </p>
