Am I the only one who the term "Dogdog" is like nails on a chalkboard to?

It's a holdover from EQ1. You'll get used to it. Used to bother me too, but I got over it.

Yes I'm aware of the history of the term, even read the story someone posted here about it. I played EQ1 for years. Within the first week of owning the game and trying out multiple classes I had my main set... It was a Shaman. I never heard the term there. Maybe because I raided too much?

I started playing EQ1 in Kunark and played till the expansion right after GoD (I think it was OOW? I get the two mixed up there).

If you never heard the term in EQ1, you didn't do much forum browsing. It was used all over the "official" forums as well as the more raid/advanced leaning Shaman's Crucible forums.Like I said, you'll get used to it.

I haven't thought of that in years =)I guess raiding 5-6 days a week 6+ hours a night didn't leave much time for forum browsing after a 40 hours work week. And It must just not have picked up much momentum on Cazic Thule server.

I think I've played EQ2 long enough to safely say I'm not going to adapt. =) [Removed for Content] my mother for requiring me to speak like an adult and not baby talk as a child!

meh.. its not an argument against u and apparently I'm the only one who thinks it sounds like a mild form of retardation when people say it. soooooo I'll just drop it =)

AHAHA OMG apparently the word filter here is entirely too strict for me. Guess I'll take my happy [Removed for Content] back to EQFlames.
