I'm finding it quite difficult to log into the eq2players and chat with my guild.  Is this service down? Thanks.

I also have not been able to access the chat since the afternoon of 4/9/08. Tried again this am  and have no luck. It says, "server error."Can I count on a discount, money back or a pro-rated bill for the next cycle? LOL. I will hold my breath

I tried again and it is showing a (303) error. Says it's a network system error. Don't know if this will help, but there it is.

Give it a try again we bounced the chat server and it should be up and working again. You might need to clear your cache to get it to work the first time. Let me know if you are still having problems. Also if you are having problems please include the server you are trying to connect to.

Are you using a web Proxy to access the website or anything? I am able to get to it from work(Inside the local network) and from home(outside the local network) I also verified I am able to get into game from each of the different servers we use to host it. The only time it gave me a denied message was right after we rebooted the servers and I had not cleared my cache.

I'm getting the same 303 error code. Have cleared cache and get the same result.

I am also having difficulty logging into the web based guild chat. I am trying to log into Everfrost from work and home and have been getting 201 and 304 errors. I have cleared my cache and upgraded drivers to no avail. I was able to log into guild chat from home once after many retries last week, but no luck this week. From work I am also getting another error code that I cannot remember at this point, but I suspect it is because of the high security network there. This is the primary reason I signed up to this service, so it would be nice to get it working. Any other ideas Gninja?

I'm getting proxy errors both at home and work.  Cleared cache on both, tried both IE and Firefox.  Not behind a firewall at home.  No proxy at home either.

I'm also getting this error still. It seemed to be working a lot better after that initial change you made Gnija, however it seems to have now retorted back to broken.

Give it another try and see if it works this time... we are trying to isolate the problem.

So i just gave it a try here at work and it didn't work at first, so i checked my version of IE and it looked as if my computer here was on IE 6. I went ahead and updated it to IE7, and within 3 trys i was able to get into the guild chat, however there was still that error on the first trys.

I got an email from support saying they reproduced the error and working on it, Since this is not an important fix right now it will probably be on the back burner till they release a new patch.. So in the mean time I cancelled the eq2players stuff..

Well, got the same problem.About 90% of the time I am being kicked out by a 201 message stating "Undefined" with 2 options "Undefined" and "Undefined". I at least figured out that clicking the left undefined button means it will retry. This message will appear before or after character selection. If I retry long enough it will eventually let me select character AND get into guild chat. This can take as long as 2-8 minutes depending on how lucky I am.This thing is utterly random and happens on FF 2.0.0.14 as well as IE7 latest build on Windows XP Pro SP2 (although it feels like FF has more problems with it, but it could also be just the roll of the dice). I do hope people are seriously looking at it; I don't think I need to point out the fact that I pay to gain access to this service (amongst other things). If there is any debugging information I can provide let me know. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Guild chat has always been a problem and needed at least 20 attempts to connect. Usually I get the Undefined/Undefined error but it does eventually connect and stays connected for up to an hour before I need to repeat the process.Today I've been trying (on different computers) for over an hour and just keep getting the Fatal Error listed above. Is this being fixed?
