View Full Version : About Legends of Norrath...
I went through the tutorial while ingame last night for the hell of it, and I gotta say, it is a very interesting game.my question is, does it actually tie into EQ2 in any meaningful way? lore, or game mechanics or anything like that? or is it just a seperate game that you can just so happen to switch to if you are board, like Gems in the original EQ? (matter of fact, whever happened to Gems, it was awesome when you were waiting for your groupmates...does EQ2 have it?)

There are some items that you can only get through LoN that can be used in game... some nifty house items or items that can be used on your character. However, it is a game that has some lore and history within Eq2. If you play the Scenario's, you may see some things that look familiar...They have their own forums, if you are looking for more info...Legends of Norrath ForumsI wish that I could understand that game.... I would love to have some of those house items... lol

Occasionally you will get card packs that drop off of mobs in game. You can either sell them on the broker, or use them to play LoN yourself. Its up to you.

When you get dropped card packs and such in Norrath, you can go to LON and set up trades sometimes to get the house loot you want. The only catch - and you knew theer wouild be one - is that you must first purchase at least one booster pack (about US$3) to be able to use teh trade function.
