Spire port in Kylong...is it possible?

I have been trying for some time now..and STILL cant figure out how to get the port to Kylong...Is there a harvest able scroll like the others i need? Do I need to talk to the Teleport trainer again?Please help  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

The scroll is near the pylons in Terens Grasp, very near to the sokokar post.  There are a bunch of research assistants ( think that is what they are called ) all bowing down near the pylons.Good luck!
