Yeah, I didn't get to my email yesterday. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/499fd50bc713bfcdf2ab5a23c00c2d62.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /> I sent you one a little while ago when I checked my mail today though. I do like it. I might have liked seeing a little more of his body, this is pretty close in on his face, but I'm completely satisfied with how it turned out. I like his face and expression. And it's a perfect color scheme and background <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> You do a great job with these.

I love your work, Namahree... Do you use Poser or a different program? I have Poser 7, but it's very intimidating. <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/385970365b8ed7503b4294502a458efa.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /> I get as far as loading one of the default figures, I bend something the wrong way, then I get frustrated and close the program. <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/1cfd6e2a9a2c0cf8e74b49b35e2e46c7.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

Well, I'm still playing with it...I purposely chose a greenish background - (druids will perpetually be known as tree huggers) I'm always opting for the close-up because of how the expression always tend to disappear whenever it is cropped but bear with me for a little while more while I do some more tweaking <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>To those who sent their PMs,</p><p>If I haven't replied to you please let me know. I am always jumping on and off and sometimes I don't have the time to reply right there and then but I do send replies when the kids have gone to bed or are in school. I am also going to be closing the requests till I have gone through all 18 signatures I have in line and ask for patience. I am slowly getting through them with very little free time so it is a slow going process. I am working on the least tweaking to the more complex so the guys will have a longer wait than the gals, I'm afraid..hmm? what? hey, as they say "ladies first", right? lol. Yes, even those who are crossdressers in game.</p><p>I hope you guys can understand <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/1cfd6e2a9a2c0cf8e74b49b35e2e46c7.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /></p>

OMG these sigs you made are simply AMAZING! Not being an artist of the digital age, I love pen and ink, the old black and white, been thinking how I can make something I could use here, that would look great. But I could never do anything that looks as good as what you do here with all these sigs your making. Simply tremendous work, kudos to you. I guess I'll have to get back to work, and somehow redo mine, as it is pretty crappy now that I've seen all these one's you've done. LOL

Seductive? For me it is more like "Look at these cute, innocent eyes. Do they look like the eyes of a killer to you?"<b>EDIT: </b>Then again I guess it is the whole face and expression that gives that look. Oh, and those ears, never thought half-elf ears could look so good!

You mentioned having a background in traditional art, if that is so then you won't have as much trouble with 3d at all. Having used the traditional medium, all I really had to get used to is the restriction a digital pen tablet has (can't twirl it around like a sketch pad, lol) plus of course the little technical aspect of the program I am using. Isn't that DAZ program free? I'm at work now, and I downloaded it on my home PC so I can't go check, but I could have swore it said it was free. Another question I have is. Was DAZ all that was used to make these great sig's you created? And if not, what else would you suggest I need to really get going, and make a nice finished product? After downloading DAZ I must admit I logged into EQ2 and played the remainder of my night till I had to go to work. And thought I'll mess with it on my next day off.

And you get enough stuff to get started when you regiater it. And there's a bunch of free stuff available out there. But there's always something else you need/want...and those usually cost money.

I keep seeing ppl say I'm going to "Need Stuff" or "Want Stuff" what "other" STUFF am I gonna need, that DAZ can't do to create work like this? I'd like to know now, before I get totally "hooked" and get in too deep. Not that it's probably going to matter, because when I want something usually there's no stopping me from getting it, hehe.So I got DAZ now, what else am I going to "Want/Need?"

Well, derailing the thread a little again, for those who are interested in starting on Daz, I found this <a href="http://forum.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=40198&flatnum=1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">thread</a> while googling. The first link seems to be a good one to start and there are others down that post that are more specific. If the leveling goes fast this week I will see if I can get my feet wet on it too.

I know she's planning on updating it for DS 2.X, but the instructions she gives will work for the 2.X versions. There's also <a href="http://www.art-tlc.com/daz.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">another tutorial site </a>that gives a lot of good information.</p><p>A couple of other sites I can recommend. One is DAZ's own ArtZone, not so much for the community there, but if you search for Tutorials in the Wiki, there's some good ones that deal specifically with DAZ. Also, The <a href="http://www.renderdreams.com/DazArtists/index.php" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">DAZ Artists Guild </a>has a number of good tutorials and a great community of helpful souls.</p>
