thread title says it all. This thing makes me dizzy and hurts people's framerates. We can't enter it, and nobody's every staring into the sky to see it.

Hurts framerate? Makes people dizzy? It spins so slow I can't tell unless I stop and stare, and the textures are so bland upon it that I doubt it does anything to FPS.So..... not really worth changing for something so minor.

It spins?Wow, moving at one inch per minute is making me dizzy, now that I stand there and stare at it for an hour. Can we PLEASE slow it down? Think of the children!

I didn't even know it spins until now. If you ask me...the temple of life in NQ spins faster then Lucan's tower. You should be griping about that instead....

It spins? Wow thats news to me. Never noticed. Also if youre complaining about one moving object killing your framerate, you may want to avoid boats and anything else that has any form of animation, like NPC's, or skies. That will also help your frame rate. Also avoid fighting since whatever it is you are trying to kill is also animated will also lower your framerate. In fact, Sony should make this game like old school Final Fantasy games where when the enemies attack you they just blink at you. That will also help your framerate. But to get the best possible performance, since really the entire world is animated, there are some other things to consider. Such as every outdoor enviornment has a dynamic sky with moving clouds, and it goes from day to night, avoid outdoors at all possible costs. One thing to try to get your maximum framerate is to turn all your graphics all the way down, and log into your house, and bank all of your house items, and stay in your house, forever!

As far as the rest of us, we'd just turn the maximum animation distance down while we enjoy running around playing the game.
