EQ2 Logo Fonts?

Does anyone know what fonts were used for the Everquest II logo and the Rise of Kunark logo?

I'm surprised a fan hasn't done one up yet (grin). There are enough letters in the various titles in that font to make a really good start on one, and interpolate teh rest. But, alas, font creation I never learned to do!Maybe SOE will make one available sometime.
