"this account is not registered"

<p>K well i bought the starter kit over the internet. I installed the game. Log in and started updates. Updates finished but when it tires to log into the game, it says this account is not registered. but it is. so after unistall and trying again, i came here to ask if anyone knows what to do?</p><p>Also i didnt put in any validation code and no code came with the purchase or sent with the email.</p>

If it was the station store the key automaticly registered to the station account you purchased it on. If it was another location you need to contact the seller to find out where your account key is. It is required to be able to play.</p><p>2. after you resolve that you need to set up a subscription before you can play. You need to enter name/address/billing information and method. It appears this is a new accouint so you will not be billed for the subscription until after the trial 30 days expire, but you need to enter a billing method for this to work.</p>

If you're setting up a new account and want to play the 30 day free trial, you will need to subscribe by entering a credit card or game card.  Once you login to the game, the 30 free days initializes.  If you decide not to continue the subscription, cancel within the 30 day period and you will not be charged.  If you use a game card, there is no cancellation needed as the time is limited based on the game card you entered.   If you fail to cancel the account you will be charged the selected subscription fee at the end of the trial.  This is a recurring charge as well, so until it's canceled it will continue.
