ceremonial smithing outfit graphics

<p>I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with their ceremonial smithing outfit on raid graphic settings. I had recently bought the outfit and was happily running around in it until a guildie sent me a screenshot of what it looked like in a raid. It is a bit more exposure than I had expected from the normal graphic settings that I run with. I was wondering if this was common or just a glitch with my set. At any rate, after I changed my clothes mid raid I've taken a bit of teasing from guildies.</p><p><img src="http://i204.photobucket.com/albums/bb60/Kari884/forgeset.jpg" border="0" alt="" width="305" height="663" /></p>

Its a glitch on low quality graphics. The female woodelf mender NPC in Willow Woods has the same "problem" *giggles*It could be worse. There was a bug right after RoK release where you could see your group mates in their undies. Usually you cashed a second after that "view".

Usually you cashed a second after that "view". </blockquote>Ahhh I still remember that bug fondly, though I think it was actually pre-RoK even ... we were in a Palace of Awakened group doing Claymore quests, and the tank (male barbarian)'s trousers suddenly just vanished, leaving him in black briefs.  I still have a treasured screenshot of the guy tanking in platemail shirt, platemail boots, and bare legs with black briefs, and the dwarf healer's head angled just right so it looks as if he's apparently checking out the barbarian ... <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  I'd post it, but there are some things that probably shouldn't show up on the devtracker.  <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Regarding the low graphic settings of the smithing outfit, however, that's really an art issue that's beyond my power to address.  I'll forward a link to this thread to the art department in case they're not aware of the issue, it may not be a very high priority however as they do have a lot of other stuff on their plates.  The "look and feel" forum is probably more likely to be read by them for any other art issues.

Good news!  Bruinen (one of our character art team) took a look at this yesterday and has fixed it up to be not quite so er.... low cut on lowest graphics settings.  That change should go live with GU45, since we're past the cut-off date for GU44 additions.  <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>One of my characters is a wood elf.  She hangs around with a male character in the game, a large fighter type.  </p><p>Often when we zone into an area, I'll find myself viewing the inside of his tunic.  That always makes me laugh but not as much as I laughed the other day when I zoned in to find him standing there alone with nothing but the buckler from my toon's back decorating his rear end.  Unfortunately, I did not get a screen shot.  </p>
