Kunzar quest "Do unto Havik" - How to start?

HiI completed all quests in Kunzar Jungle except this: <a rel="nofollow" href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Do_Unto_Havik" target="_blank">http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Do_Unto_Havik</a>Can anyone tell me what you need to start this quest? Do you need a certain faction?

In your wiki reference, if you click the "preceded by" quest name back to the beginning, it eventually tells you to talk to <a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Havik_Thyx" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Havik Thyx</a> ( -224, -79, 276&nbsp<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.  However, I don't see this NPC listed in the Kunzar Jungle Timeline nor any of his quests so I have not yet verified if this NPC is (still) in game.

I aquired this quest while on the monk trials. 3/4 of the way or so me thinks. He is near the tabernacle of pain in a small tent area. North maybe? He is resentful of the monks and has you do some stuff against them.

This is not a quest from the guy next to the monk island. It's a quest from the monks to kill him. I've completed the monk trial quests and the quests from Havik, my question is what requirements I have to fulfill to get this quest to kill Havik.

After completing his full series of quests then the grandmaster gave me the quest to kill him. I can't speak more of the requirements except that I was half way though the trials, got his series of quests and as soon as I was done with that, got the last quest that invloved killing him from the grandmaster.

How much faction do you have with the monks? I have sth like 20k.
